About Our Business Partner: Scot Sandstrom & New Pointe Communities, Inc.
Scot C. Sandstrom, President of New Pointe Communities, Inc., is a 23-year veteran of the real estate development and homebuilding industry. He has built over 5,000 residential homes within 67 projects throughout the state of California over the last two decades.
His diverse knowledge spans the entire real estate development process including:
- land acquisition
- land entitlement
- project management
- urban and suburban developments
- redevelopment projects
- operations and construction
Real estate development and homebuilding is the only career Scot has known. He has had a vision of starting his own company for many years and in 2007 he did just that.
