Home prices in San Diego continue to skyrocket & without an end in sight; a tank of gas is at an all time high; inflation can make everyone question where they can cut monthly expenses.
But what about how we take care of ourselves; fueling our bodies with whole foods; buy local; take a step back from life & forget about everyday worries. The answer is visiting San Diego County Farmers Markets. My goal for the year is to visit as many as possible all across the county.
