GALENTINE'S DAY FEBRUARY 13TH

Making the most of our treasured female friendships, February 13th women come together to celebrate their best gals in what is known as Galentine’s Day!

Ladies taking the time out of their busy lives to applaud each other; letting each other how special & important they are; expressing appreciation for who they are; a genuine connection of female friendships. Celebrating sisterhood one day before Valentine’s Day.

Dating back to 2010 “Parks and Recreation” Season Two, Episode 16 the fictitious character Leslie Knope (played by Amy Poelhler) introduced “Galentine’s Day” to the airwaves for the first time. Basically, Valentine’s Day for your girlfriends.

Whether you have brunch, meet up for drinks or even a simple cup of coffee or maybe online… take time to tell your girlfriends how awesome they are.

Surrounded by positive and empowering women who stick together, I’m heading to Studio Barre Carmel Valley to hang out with my barre besties for a Galentine’s Day 75-minute Abs – Booty – Cardio Workshop! So much FUN and I can’t wait!! xoxo
