The California Association of Realtors report that in February 2022 the price of a single family home in San Diego County increased to $888,000.00. The same period in 2021, you could buy a detached home for $765,000.00.
What the future holds is anyone's guess. But what we know for sure is San Diego inventory is tight; mortgage rates are increasing and people love living in Southern California :)
